Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your plants. This gives you adequate time to assess your new plants and ensure they’re settling well into your garden environment.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Garden Support Team

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the plant(s) you wish to return
  • A brief description of the issue

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the plants securely using the original packaging if possible. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the package. Ship to:

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. In your initial email, please specify which plants you’d like to exchange for and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll ship your replacement plants once we receive your return.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-7 business days to reflect on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and viability of our plants, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Proven Winners® plants that have been removed from their original containers
  • Fragrant plants that have been planted or significantly altered
  • Any plants showing signs of pest infestation or disease acquired after delivery
  • Custom or special order items marked as final sale

These exceptions help us maintain our high standards for plant health and quality across our collections.
