5. Returns and Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure plant health and quality, the following cannot be returned:

• Proven Winners® plants removed from original containers
• Fragrant plants that have been planted or significantly altered
• Plants showing signs of pest infestation or disease acquired after delivery
• Custom or special order items marked as final sale

Refund Information

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-7 business days to reflect on statement
• PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
